We’re hiring – multiple battery roles available!

Powering Australia is on a mission to help Australian clean-tech manufacturers scale their businesses and compete on the world stage. The energy transition is already underway, so there isn’t a minute to waste to capitalise on this incredible opportunity.
We are funded by the Federal Government under the Industry Growth Centre model and our work spans clean-tech manufacturing including: solar, wind, carbon, industrial decarbonisation, First Nations, transport, transmission and distribution.
We also have a very special focus on the battery sector and have recently received an additional $19.93 in funding to undertake specific work that includes battery training, skills, workforce development, safety, standards, ESG and local content.
And that means we are on a massive hiring drive with 10 additional roles available in a range of locations to help us meet our grant obligations. The first five of these roles are now live on Seek, with five additional roles to follow soon.
Current roles include:
Battery Training Lead (Perth or Melbourne)
Battery Workforce Lead (Brisbane)
Battery Safety Lead (Sydney or Melbourne)
Project Officer – Reporting (Perth)
Project Officer – Grants (Perth)
Coming soon:
Lead Engineer – (Perth)
